The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, have reportedly arrested the immediate past governor of Imo state, Rochas Okorocha.
According to a report by DailyTrust, EFCC operatives allegedly stormed Ogboko in Imo state today Thursday May 30th and arrested Okorocha. The report also claims that Okorocha’s wife, Nkechi, was also arrested.
Others also arrested include Gerald Okorocha, Okey Okorocha. The antigraft agency also reportedly sealed off his Eastern Palm University in Ogboko.
The EFCC has however not confirmed or denied this report.
